General Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions will govern the relationship between TRINI ACTIVE and the Client(s). By purchasing any product, client(s) agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions specified below. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

1. All prices are subject to change without notice.
2. TRINI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.
3. All orders are subject to availability.
4. After placing your order on www.triniactive.com, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email together with the payment instructions. After payment, another email will be sent to confirm purchase.
5. All information provided on the order form is final. Any change shall be provided prior to shipping and must be confirmed by TRINI. Changing of address is not allowed.
6. Unpaid reservation within 3 days will be canceled. TRINI ACTIVE shall not be liable for placed orders that are automatically canceled due to lapse to pay before the reservation period.
7. Only fully paid orders will be considered confirmed. Posted rates are subject to change without prior notice.
8. All goods will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
9. If items are bought during a sale period, the client shall pay within the period. Otherwise, regular prices shall take effect and the client shall pay the price difference.
10. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged nor returned.
11. We shall not be liable for any commitment not made by TRINI ACTIVE in writing.
12. Trini Active shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by any of the following: Act of God or force majeure, other damages such as consequential, moral or exemplary damages, and addressing.
13. No refunds will be made in case it is proven that the products have already been used.
14. TRINI ACTIVE owns all material posted on the site. Copying, reproducing, republishing is prohibited unless permitted.
15. Clients are granted access to the site solely for personal and noncommercial use alone.
16. For any problems encountered throughout the transaction, clients must contact TRINI ACTIVE within 3-5 days via email (triniactive@gmail.com)
