Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If there is something wrong with the items we sent, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed, unaltered & tags fully in-tack within 5 days after you received the items.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the return once it's received and verified. You will be notified via email once its fully processed.
trini is not responsible for any lost returns.
Items subject for return and exchange:
- Damage items – broken, torn, ripped & discolored (uneven color in fabric)
- Wrong size – due to a mistake to send the ordered size
- Please notify us at email@example.com with subject header "Return" within 5 days of delivery of any returnable items
- Attach pictures of the damaged items or proof of sizing error
- We will acknowledge the email
- Once email has been verified you can send the items to the return address
- When the return item is received and inspected, if approved; we will replace or refund your purchase.
Not happy with the fit you ordered? You can request a change in size under the terms of the above Return & Exchange Policy. All additional shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
