keyboard_arrow_right 5. What are your modes of payment?
Payments can be made via BDO and BPI bank deposit/transfer. Once you place your order, you will receive an email containing payment instructions. Please allow us 24 hours to confirm your payment. Details of shipment will be emailed separately.

keyboard_arrow_right 6. When do you ship my order?
All confirmed orders from Mondays to Fridays, received before BEFORE 1PM (GMT +8) will be shipped out the same day. Orders confirmed AFTER 1PM (GMT +8) will be shipped out the following working day. Orders confirmed on holidays/weekends will be shipped on the following working day.

For regular shipping, we ship via Blitz and Tag Delivery Services.

When we email you your shipping details, we'll provide you a link where you can track your order.
keyboard_arrow_right 9. When should I expect my orders to arrive?
Standard delivery days for Metro Manila is 1 to 3 days. For provinces, expect your parcel to arrive 4 to 7 days upon shipment.

Yes! We can send your package via Grabexpress or Lalamove. (For Metro-Manila only)
keyboard_arrow_right 11. What will happen if my package gets lost?
Our standard lead time for lost packages is 15 days. If you have not received your package by then, we will send you a new one.
keyboard_arrow_right 12. Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes we do! We ship via LBC. Just make sure to indicate the address in the shipping section when you order. Shipping time and cost will depend on the destination.
